The only Zyaada I generally experience is their reminders for premium payment.
But for the last one week, I want to pay online and the maxnewyorklife.com website is not functioning.
Such a vital customer access tool and the company does not seem to be bothering to set it right.
One wonders how they will manage our hard-earned funds.
