Sir/Madam,
This is to bring in your notice that I have applied for a life
insurance policy from Max newyork life Insurance co Ltd dated 20 FEB 09 (Receipt number 708058383) for which I have been explained by the executive that the same plan (Children plan) is One time deposit plan. But now I came to
know that the same plan is a regular payment plan for next 20 years
.The Executive of the company misguided me that though it is written to
pay for 20 years but Policy holder have flexibility of paying only
once. This plan has been mis-sold and misguided to me.
I will not be able to pay further installments of policy as it was
guided as single payment plan and also this plan is linked with shares
(the same information was not shared with me). I also do not want to
continue the policy any more and want my premium paid back.
I am in correspondence with the respective company about same since last 3 months but i have been again misguided.
I need justice as my hard earned money is used by wrong sales practice.
This is my kind request to the AUTHORITY to get me helped in this
matter.
