AXIS BANK their collection centre has misplaced payment and MNYL is harrassing me for premium not received

MNYL customer care associate advised that the premium can be made at AXIS BANK which was done by me on 30th May. I have sent the rubber stamp acknowledgement of AXIS BANK on the xerox copy of the cheque.

Instead of following up with AXIS BANK the designated bank of MNYL, on the fate of the cheque which AXIS BANK Goregaon Branch,

As customer I am being harrassed for making the payment.

Not only am i being harrased for the payment -

What is the assurance that my cheque is not going to reach dubious hands.

ALL I AM ASKING IS FOR ADVICE ON THE TERMINATION OF MY POLICY, the call centre associates who are ill informed are not able to direct me to the correct person or give me the necessary advice.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK - I HAVE READ ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MNYL operates - none of which is complimentary.
