Not received any statements for more than a yea

To whom so ever it may concern.

I am holding a gold credit card of your company for more than a decade. I am a frequent traveller and glad to inform you that the credit card is very handy, whereever I had visited.

I am not getting my physical statements for more than one year. I had repeated requests made during the last one year, but all my efforts were invain. Inspite of my patience and lack of statements I have been clearing the bills based on the messages sent by your bank. My last outstanding of close to a lakh of rupees have been cleared without a statement. My present outstanding is close to Rs thirty thousand for which I have been receiving calls from your office almost everyday, and may be more than two calls in a day. I appreciate the dedication of your employees work.

But to my surpirse none of them have taken my complaint and sorted out the problem of sending me the physical statement delivered at my residential address I am staying in this house for the last thirty years. I receive all other banks statements except citibank, which always says a silly reason that addresss not found. Even this point had been clarified countless number of times.

Today there was a threatening sms which says if I do not pay my card will be barred from usage which came to me like a surprise. Last fridayand saturday when the executives called me I made it clear to them please send me the statement, untill and unless I receive the statement I am not going to pay. The executive had promised to send an executive along with the statement without fail on the next working day. Now the time is 1.00 pm and there was no call whether the executive is going to come with the statement or not. But I received this lovely message that my card will be blocked.

There was a toll free number too, along with the sms. When I called the toll free number an executive by name Miss Reena from Incoming Unit of your bank gives an adivce to contact the local office and she is helpless in this regard. When I want to approach the higher ups she refuses to give her designation and her higher ups numbers which is against protocol.

All the above said are rules, wherein my request to send the statement and my request to contact the higherups is against rules which the citibank proudly follows.

You can gothrough my track record. I have been paying my outstandings, may be some times late when I am not in town as I told I am a frequent traveller. If you feel that my request is not justifiable, you may kindly go ahead by blocking the card. I would be glad to surrender the card immediately. As I am also fedup with this requests.

I would like to state once again that I am not going to clear the outstanding bills without physical statements. If I have to continue with your bank I would strongly object to stop sending me threatening messages of blocking and barring.

Kindly take up this issue as most urgent
