Issue: Over charging for car parking

I wish to bring to your kind attention that the attendant at the above mentioned parking lot has been asking for twice the tariff than mentioned in the parking slip. When asked to produce a supporting document, he refused by saying " 10 bajee ke baad itna hi hai.". Also, while leaving the place he suggested " Dobara mat aa jaana yahan galti se".
Why is it that the person who is trying to discourage corruption and follow the rules is made to feel he is wrong. Kindly look into the matter so that people are not harassed specially at that point in the evening.
