GAIL revalidation refund cheque of Rs 5, 172/- submitted in Feb 11, still no update from MCS

Dear all,

Could somebody urgently help me with this, since MCS Ltd, Delhi, is giving false promises, that once cheque is dispatched, once it is under process

.

It is now 8 mths & MCS does not have the courtesy or intent to resolve this or refund my money. Even, mails are not replied.

Can somebody provide me the contact of the MD or CEO of this organisation.
