Immaturity in dealing with custome

Sir,

During telephonic conversation with the Branch Manager Godrej, Head Office, Bhubaneswar, Has assured me to give a 13.5% exemption on my AFD Form on the purchase of 3 Nos. Of AC, But Now He is Denying the same. It indicates Company is having very immature personnels who is representing a very bad image of the company before the customer.

Now, as the festive season is over I even cant buy the same with high price of other company.

The company may be good but the persons working under it are really fraud.

This is useless of having this type of fraud personnel in a reputed company like GODREJ.
