Non-reimbursement of Claim

Dear Sir / Madam

I am mediclaim policyholder since last 10 years.

Claim intimation date – 5th Oct

Documents sent on 14th Oct (By Regd. Post with A.D.)

Documents received on 19th Oct.

Personally called up for inquiring status – Nearly 15 times

Talked to Senior Customer Executive (Mr. Sagar) – Nearly 7 Times

As per the M.D.India’s settlement procedure of claims, they require 25 working days from the receipt of the documents, i.e. 25 working days from 19th Oct, which roughly comes to 20th Nov.

But till date whenever we call them, for inquiring the status, their system shows “DOCUMENTS PENDING”, therefore settlement’s question is further too long.

All the times their seniors are busy in meetings or have gone for a break………………………….

Some of senior say we have received, some they say we have to inquire in inward department, some they say we haven’t received.

This is nothing but “HARRESHMENT TO CUSTOMERS, MENTAL TORTURE AND TEST OF PATIENCE”

Are Mediclaim Companies surely for helping the customers or for taking only premium every year and harreshing the customers when it comes to settlement of Claim.???

WAKE UP M.D.INDIA, NOW IT IS HIGH TIME,

NOW REIMBURSE ME NOT ONLY THE BILL AMOUNT BUT ALSO PAY ME COMPENSATION FOR THIS LONG HARRESHMENT AND INTEREST FOR THE DELAY, WHICH IS ONLY BECAUSE OF YOU.
