Sub: - Reminder letter for non receipt of claim amount of the centre code-9016 & 9010.

Dear Sir,

As mentioned in the subject that I have already send you a letter regarding the non receipt of claim amount for the Centre code-9010 and centre code-9016 and also the details of claim amount by post to the below mentioned authority. I have already send you the letter of details of soft copies through E-Mail to the Chairman, M.D., HOD (F & A), and Administrative officer but till now I did not get any kind of information from ALOHA. I am expecting for a positive reply from ALOHA with in 10 to 15 days of this letter.

Sub: Information about the non receipt of claim amount of the centre code-9016 & 9010.

Respected Sir,

With reference to the above I would like to inform you that a long period has expired but till date I don’t get any claim amount for the centre code 9016 & 9010. I have send two cheque on 11//02.by cheque no 452187 for centre code 9016 & 452186 .for centre code 9010 with all enclosures, in the name of ALOHA INDIA and all the enclosure sended directly to Aloha Bengal, and the concerned person was Mr. Subhasish Burman.

I contacted lot of time with Mr. S.Burman over phone and I also met him in his office regarding claims, and he always assured me that I will get the claim at the early date, I think he is niggling me, and many times they did not receive my phone calls, So I am not able to get any response from Aloha Bengal, I am very much depressed, because I have already lost my two (2) Aloha Centres for a very unfortunate reasons.

1) Aloha Learning Centre (Code-9010) & 2) Aloha I.Q.Development Centre (Code-9016)

We never got any positive result from Aloha Bengal, this was a great reason to shutdown of Aloha Centres, Sir, now I expect a positive response from your side. I need my rest claim amount, of Rs. 7200/- (from code-9010) & Rs. 3600/- (from code-9016), I also expect that as Aloha is a big concern and this is a matter of reputation of Aloha. I can always expect positive. I have hungrily required that amount, so that please look into this matter very seriously.

I am here with enclosing Xerox copies of all the documents for your substantiation. And you can also corroborate from your accounts department. After deducting total amount of Claim, my share money should be 2520/&-amp; 5040/-Total Rs.7560/-.
