My name is md salam, employee in zee 24 gantalu news channel in hyderabad, i have reliance health policy, third party is mediassist, no is, 4010461510. I was claimed my mother operation money at four months ago, and submitted needful certificates also, my claim no is, 5765135 . Till now i did not get any money, several times i had enquired & approached to them but they did not responding.
