Deduction of surrender charges

Hi! This is Anshuman Sharma and I have got a life insurance from the above stated company. The lock-in period of same was three years and I am running in fourth year. After having paid 03 annual installments, the company now says that there would be a deduction charges of 70% on the basic aount paid each year. That would bring down the policy less by 3000 rs. that too after four years!!! Is there any way out..??

Please enlighten me on that!!
