DEAR SIR,
My name is Deepak Gupta, i got a policy no 00189829 from met life, qty prm is 1878, after one year, policy lapsed due to non payment, i got a call from met life, they told me to deposite total balance 30116 Rupees to renew the policy, Met life executive come to my office to collect the payment and good health related foam.
One month after clear the check, Metlife didnt contact me to tell me the status of policy, when i contact customer care, they told me about medical examination and good health foam again, they told me that the didnt receive the foam till now.
I again visit to SINGH CLINIC, VASHALI SEC4, for medical examination. And good health foam was also record on phone by Mr Anand.
but company did not renewed my policy and demand next due payment rs 1878. They told me that all the requirments are complete but next payment is due so they cant renewed the policy, I made the payment again on 1 july by net banking.
But Metlife did not renewed my policy and tell me that they did not get the medical examination report and good health foam.
Metlife is behaving like a cheate
