I was purchad the health policy from metlife company.but i want to cancel that policy due to my personal reason.i was submited the all document to company on 30 march but till date do not reciev any statutrs from company.when i was called customer care the guys are not responding properly they ae saying its reject because i was not givin particular reson to cancel the policy.but no one has intimate me before i am calling to customer care and also i am not recieved any document r letter from the company.but the customer executive has given the refrence no 2695825. when i was called third time to customer care.i dont want policy of metlife.i need my money.my policy no 20294540
