Export cess deposit not in custom server

Dear sir,

We have submitted EDI challen export cess 15207.00 rs. cash. but custom EDI system is not give the submitted details then my export is stop so, pls try to under stand my problem. Talk to your server head office for this problem. this problem came in second time. pls reply to me for this. We submitted this amount on dt. 16/03. Party name is MICROFINE PRODUCTS. This problem came in second time. MY EXPORT IS STOP AT CUSTOM PORT. PLS solve my problems
