We deposited 2.5lks rupees for appointment of c&f agent for stocking of mirik healthfoods pvt lted new delhi products. after taking the deposit neither they appointed us as c and f nor recruited any field personnel for doing business. moreover they demanded another 5 lks of rupees for appointment. this is nothing but cheating us and they lodged criminal cases and sent hooligans and nonbailable arrest warrants from patna court where we did not even visited there. against us to withdrew asking the money we deposited. because of this problem, we lost our precious time and incurred heavy losses in our current business. presently we can not spend even a paisa for this case.
i request all fellow pharma traders to interfere in this case and do justice to me and my family.
