False billing

I received amt of 214.35 Rs bill, but i amnot using .when i called to customer care he tolled me you are using through net banking by applying mini activation for petrole and utility bill option. but actuly i dont have knowledge im net banking and also i am not using my card.with out my knowledge i have activated that option so pls check and remove the amt . give replay to me.
