Dear Sir

I was holding a credit card long in 06 with ABN AMRO.

My all payments are always on time and no pending payments against my purchases.

I cannot remember the card no exactly but may the no is 5415382321805632.

But few weeks earlier a got a call from Royal Bank of Scotlands that they have taken over from ABN AMRO and I have Rs - pending with them.

They have used ugly words with no ethics and threatened for no reasons.

I have no amount pending with any credit card till date..

It is really frustrating for me to get calls from them for the no reasonss.

Kindly help me out of the situation.
