Dear Sirs,
I had submitted application for transfer of NSC No. 42EE 232951 & 42EE 232952 (Date of Issue 01.09.04) to Dy Post Master (HSG-II), Tikamgarh M.P. 472001 through Dy Post Master Torwa, Bilaspur C.G. 495004 on 23rd June. Now when I had approached for redemption of NSC on maturity to Dy Post Master Torwa, Bilaspur C.G. 495004, She refuse to pay on the ground that the NSC were not transferred.
However, I have already given reminder on 21st August for early action but no repose received till date. I have also contacted over telephone to Post Master, Tikamgarh two times on phone no. 07683-242402 and asked him to give despatch details but he is ignoring and not responding properly.
I am frustrated with the non-cooperation from the postal department. Therefore it is requested to take early action please as I have required maturity amount for some urgent work.
