Amount for the shares sold

Not received the amout after selling the shares

we have sold some shares on the 14th June but till date the amount is not credited to our account its almost 25 days... and not getting proper response from the terminal guys or the branch head...

we are in deep financial committments not getting a way out... guess we have to take things legally now.
