Cannot access my bank of Baroda internet banking

Below is the Email i have sent to the Email id- [email protected]

they have not bothered to call or solve this problem no nos are given where i can talk in person, a very irresponsible attitude towards a customer who has been with them for 8 years

can i please be adviced as to what course of action to take. Thank you

ACCOUNT NO: 30290200000070

FIRM NAME: MOTTOS INDIA

upon entering the corporate id and the user id provided by you and typing the password the screen goes to change your password

after typing the password provided by you and entering new password of our choice as asked on the screen and pressing enter the screen says invalid password

i would request immediate assistance on this matter as this process is taking a long time and is time consuming
