Hi friends my name is ###### i work with mphasis in kalyaninagar with the USL process i have never seen such a ridiculus management than the one at USL the management sucks... They just do what they want they never see what the employees want the OPERATIONS are very rude they never appriciate the gud work but if the STATS go wrong they just f##k from top 2 bottom but no one objects as they pressurise the agents and the managers are ridicolus they are not friendly they are too rude and regarding the PDH that guy is in BANGALORE and never comes here he just comes once in a blue moon and gives blank promises and never fulfills them . tell me friends is this called a management i call this a fucker management they never take calls and just rome around... And regarding the breake's and logoff i have never got those on time nor the others... God save me from the untrained management or change the management of USL from pune...
