This is the second time that i had bitter experience from your staff, 1]a few months back i went to north kuthiathode branch for changing my account from combined to single in order to get my money directly from the treasury, first they said they cant change it to single account and returned me, .. i had a friend in sbi, moovattupuzha branch he said we can, ... so i went back, .. this time they said, ok... will convert if you bring pan card, .. i went with pancard at that time they said to bring photocopy of ration card, .. i went back and brought photocopy, .. this time they said this is old ration card you have to bring the new one, ... i hadnt have that because they were given for correction and update, ...finally i took a new account from federal bank and problem was solved
2]this time i went there to deposit 2000 rs and to take DD for my exam, ... there was a long queue, ..i asked madam to give one challan for DD and she gave that, .. i stand all the queue and when i reached she said, she cant give the DD because printer is not working, .. i have seen, just early, she gave a DD hand written, ... then i have to go nearly 12kms to next branch
i request you to kindly take necessary action to make the staff a little more responsible as this is making a lot of discomfort for your clients
