With reference to my previous complaints vide your doc No.301292 your manager is refusing to update our A/c No.383401010000420. One of our senior partner, aged about 84 years, in our firm is sick and unable to go to your premises to get the KYC updated personally & hence we requested your manager to send a messenger to his house (which is a stone throw distance from your branch) and get it signed by him. In the meantime Indianoil Corporation has sent money in the said account which we are unable to transact as we do not have any cheque book. Your manager has sent us a letter in this regard and when we sent a partner with all relevant documents to his branch he has not issued the cheque book. He seems to be fit more as a politician than a manager. Our last request to you is that if you are unable to update our account then please make arrangements to terminate the same (at an early date) so that we may do our business with some other bank. You should not forget what the central government is doing for senior citizens of our country.
