Sub: - Non – Receiving of Salary, P.F. and other Arrears.
Sir,
I had worked in “M/s. Majestic Agronomics Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 19, Industrial Area, Mehatpur, and Distt. Una (H.P.)”, till 31.10.2009 since Aug.’2006. Due to harassment from employer and non-receives of salaries timely, myself resigned the job on 31.10.2009 from the post of Accountant. After left from job i had requested many times to employer about releasing of all my dues but till now i have received nothing. My Dues as are as below:
1. Salary & Leaves Encashment 46, 300/-
2. P.F. for Mar.2008 to Oct.’2010 45000/- Approx.
I had complaint at Labour Office Una in Dec.2009 alongwith 4-person of staff. After 3- month hearings labour officer transferred the case in SDM Court, Una on March’2010.
SDM had taken 7- month for decision and employer accepted that company will pay all dues till 30.08.2010. In the last hiring on 6.9.2010 SDM had given decision that High Court has taken back my powers for cases related to Wages Act and Workman Compensation Act. Till 6.9.2010 my case is pending with SDM court for waiting of court decision.
About P.F. matter I have a case under Form 7-A (Pf. Act) in your office alongwith 7 - persons of my staff members against M/s. Majestic Agronomics Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 19, Industrial Area, Mehatpur, and Distt. Una (H.P.), CODE NO. HP/5302 since Nov.'09.
Some times I visit in P.F. office Shimla regarding above case and also asked them by telephonically but till now we have not received final decision. I had checked in p.f. office the company had deposited amount of p.f. till Feb.2008 and not given annual returns for 09 and 10.
Kindly help me to receive above dues. I shall highly thankful for your kind co-opreation.
