Not received insured amount for two wheela

my two wheelar was theft from unjha (gujrat).that i purchase throu icici lombard insurance company. still i am not received any amount from icici lombard.so pls help me to recover amount from that company .i have all proof like ..f.i.r copy, all document..so guide me for that matter.my mail address is [email protected].
