Mitti Ke Rang

Dear Sir,

I want to bring to your notice that MTNL is charging for unauthorized services on pre-paid mobile services at Delhi. Today, June 6. I received a SMS on my mobile 9868825135 containg the message "your monthly Subscription of Mitti Ke Rang has been updated" and rupees 30 were deducted from by balance. I received similar message earlier also and ignored every time. I have never subcribed to this kind of any services of MTNL.

I request you that the MTNL's charging for this kind of unauthrized services are unfair and must be stopped. MTNL must be punished for the same. The money charged from the subscriber unauthorized must be returned to the subcriber.
