CASH WITHDRAW PROBLEM

I troubled when I withdraw Rs.10000.00 from ATM OF CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, REGENT PARK, unfortunately rupees comes in my hand Rs. 7200.00 (Rs.500x12 and Rs.100x12). After advised of Security Guard I written complained to CBI, NEW ALIPORE where my A/c situated and The Manager as basis of my complained emailed to HO OF CBI. After 1.1/2 month I got the message that it is not any problem of their ATM and they not to paid balance amount.

I think like me other customer of CBI faced same problem. The CBI management keep money Rs.100 against Rs.500 and cheated the public like me. And what they think? I will take all legal step.
