PRE CLOSURE REQUEST NOT CONCEDED

I made pre closure of my EMIs last week, but so far I have received any reply. Earlier though I had made request to close my existing loans due lack of technical term such as pre close my loan etc., by bal. tfr amount has been converted as purchase outstanding/ loan outstanding. so reply me early to close my EMI/ I can't pay EMI 18000
