No claim amount provided for the Insurance of machine

Dear Sir,

We had the scissorlift - Construction Machinery Insurance from the Reliance Insurance company and when there was the fire on the machine they have collected all the relevant documents from us and after a lot of follow up with the underwriter and Reliance they informed that your amount of RS. 78000/- has been passed in place of Rs. 125000/- of our repair cost.

But even still after continous follow up they informed that amount will be only Rs. 8000/- and that too has not been released to us.

Reliance insurance is making the fraud by just mere getting the insurance and dont pay against the Insurance Claim.

So all customer who do take the insurance please be aware for the same.
