I had purchased 1000 shares from 'ACE DIAGNOSTICS & BIOTECH LIMITED' long before on September 4, 1995. To date, I have got no response from the company. I had send several letters to the said registered office, as in the share certificate, of X-24, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110020, but to be returned.
My share information: Shares applied 1000, shares allotted 1000, amount paid on application Rs. 10000, Folio No. 4123, Distinctive Nos. 1973101-1974100, Certificate Nos. 19832-19841.
Name of Holder: Sanjay Sharma
Please advice what action has taken SEBI against such type of company indulging in fraudulent activity. The share has not been listed in BSE/NSE nor has the company given back the money (with interest) to their shareholders. What is the future plan of action of the company in this regards.
