Please find below my complaint to IRDA for non receipt of TPA/Cashless facility card from National Insurance Co. Ltd., but unfortunately I have not heard from IRDA or National Insurance Co. Ltd. in last 10days since my complaint was sent. We consumers look up to IRDA as the highest authority for insurance issues and we expect it to address our grievances quickly but unfortunately this is not the case. As you can see my complaint mail (below) which was sent to [email protected]
on the 9th May but as on date there is no response.
Now, I don't know where to go with my case as my Health Insurance company has not issued me my TPA/Cashless card since last one & half years. If IRDA functions in such casual manner then no wonder these companies take their customers for a ride at their will.
It's been a disappointing experience over all.
I am looking forward to some action in this issue at the earliest.
