My No claim Bonus amount was looted

Dear Sir,

I renewed my Two wheeler insurance on 03-Oct-11 with the help of National Insurance Agent - Mr. V. Swaminathan, No: 667929

Development Officer is T.A.Kalyanaraman No: 46126.

REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS.

I'd want a compensation against this AS MY NO CLAIM BONUS AMOUNT WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME AS EXPECTED AND WAS PURPOSELY HIDDEN AND I WAS CHEATED and as a result,

I'm mentally hurt deeply by this Agent by using unappropriate words when i was asking for my no claim Bonus.

I'm completely upset and i need a hefty compensation from this agent for the below two reasons,

1. No claim Bonus was not mentioned in my Two wheeler Insurance policy and it was totally hidden from my knowledge AND CHEATED

2. When asked for the No claim Bonus amount to be credited into my Bank account, i was harassed with unappropriate words

3. I need hefty compensation because of the mental pressure/torchure due to this
