Sir,
this is to state that I am a very old client of National Insurance Co. Ltd, Kashmere gate branch, Delhi-110006 with my whole family's medical insurance TPA.
I was being operated for my Brain Tumor on 15th of May at Max Hospital, Saket, New Delhi when I got my claim as cashless on 19th May.
My surgeons Dr. Ajay Jha and Dr. Vipin Walia advised me to go for a regular check up with my MRI of brain done every six months thereafter. They also prescribed the medicine Encorate 500 mg. TDS for next five years. It was only on their advise I got my MRI done every six months. In the scan of MRI done on 10/11 and other investigation the tumor of 33X37X33 was detected. All the relevant documents are submitted to Park Mediclaim TPA pvt. ltd at your pusa road head office in person.
I again went for my Gama Knife surgery on 24/11 on the advise of Dr. Deepak Aggrawal of AIIMS Gama Knife department of Neurosurgery. In the discharge report of AIIMS I was advised to consult my physician for Diabetes treatment. The prescription of Dr. Vimal Nakra M.D. medicine has prescribed the medicines for Diabetes and again the relevant documents have been submitted to your head office in person.
But it is highly shocking that you people are compelling us to feel harassed by writing twice for the same papers again without checking and going through your records.
I would like to request you to please go through all the records what I have submitted and then ask me to do the next.
It is already 36 days passed for my claim. I do not understand the logic behind these demands.
Please do not compel me to go to consumer cell.
