NON PAYMENT OF HOSPITAL CHARGES

I and my family are insured by this company under mediclaim under policy number420700/48/09/8500000381. My family is having the medical insurance cover for the last 6 years and have never claimed for any disease. But last year my wife Madhu Kundra underwent Laser Surgery for GLUCOMA from GLUCOMA IMAGING CENTRE DELHI 0n 27/11 The information for which was given to VIPUL MEDI. CORP. PVT. LTD. vide information number C01B01GIG10947 well in advance on the same day. The case for tho Rs 7724 was also submitted well in time. But till now i have neither received the amount and nor any information.

So please help me in getting the claim.
