Renewal of Medclaim Insurance policy

Hello Sir/Mam,

This is regarding renewal policy which I had done for "National Insurance Company Ltd." under the name of Laxmi Vishankumar Marothiya on 04/10, but have not received any policy renewal confirmation yet. Below is the email I sent to their customer care Bajaj capital (Pimpri branch), but have not received any reply from their side yet. Please let us know the course of action to be taken on it.
