Refund of Monthly Investments

I have deposited with Sanchayani Saving & Investment India Limited Rs. 750/- per month against their investment plans and the total amount receivable on 03.03.2002 was Rs. 19588.

Since 2002 I have not heard any thing from the company or from their representative. In the meantime I visited their Karol Bagh to know about the status of refund, they have charged a sum of Rs. 110/- and told me that your money will refund soon.

My Investment Certificate No.979853000124 in which showing date of maturity : 03.03.2002.

Kindly guide me how will I take my refund back from them.
