Dear Sir,

Please be informed that I have transferred Rs.15000/- on 2nd August from my a/c in ICICI bank to my mother's a/c in BOB.

The details are appended below:

ICICI Bank a/c holder: Shaifali Bhatle

ICICI Bank a/c no : 624601526596

BOB a/c holder: Sheetal Bhatle/ Suresh Bhatle

BOB a/c no : 27380100013971

RBI reference no : 168380948

The amount has been debited from ICICI bank but not been credited to BOB a/c. The RBI reference number is for your reference.

The beneficiary a/c is still not credited. Kindly help.
