Non receipt of claim amount

I have submitted relevant claim papers on 18 jan but till date i am getting reply that the claim is under process. AS per rules the claim has to be settled within 21 working days but as per TTK HEALTHCARE - TPA of new india 21 days are not completed. POLICYHOLDERS are beggars in their eyes.
