Shortage of money

Respected Sir / Madam,

I Sanchita Saha, residing at 81/A, Shisir Bhadury Sarani, Kolkata-700 006,

requesting that extra Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) has been debited from my account No.-0082010187691,

United Bank of India, Br.- New Manicktolla.

On Dated 05.06. at 18 : 54 I went to the ATM, Bank of Maharashtra, ID - SBOMA092502 at Vivekananda Road, Kolkata - 700 006, first time i punched my card No.:- 4213190082028469,

Then i put my amount Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) the machine showed unable to process.

Second time i punched my card again and put amount 1000/- (One thousand only) that time i received Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) then i collected a slip from ATM machine, that time i saw Rs. - (Two thousand only) has been debited from my account, but i got only Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only).

You are requested please solve the problem and deposit extra that Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only)

to my account.
