DESIGNATION: Clinical Research Associate.

MONTHLY SALARY: GBP 6, 500.00 (Six Thousand Five Hundred British Pounds only) monthly/take-home (After tax), with GBP 400.00 (Four Hundred British Pounds) Weekly for pocket allowance, Sterling, Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.

WORK TIMING: EIGHT HOURS SHIFTING.

Herein, you have been forwarded the employer’s prototype of POLICY GOVERNING YOUR APPOINTMENT via e-mail (Attached) for your perusal and digest, on your satisfaction and agreement with terms and response, you shall be expected to start your job processes and will be sent hard copy of contract document through a courier service for endorsement via your local representative. Agreements will also be signed during the job process.

JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:

All employees successfully screened and recruited to resume employment that are presently not possessing a valid United Kingdom Residence /Work Permits and United Kingdom Medical Board Authority Clearance Papers, shall be expected to personally incure all expenses as be related to the processing of the valid United Kingdom Residence/Work Permits and United Kingdom Medical Board Authority Clearance Papers, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the United Kingdom foreign affairs department inconjunction with the United Kingdom immigration service for the processing of your document.

You shall be required to furnish us with your valid United Kingdom Residence/Work Permits and Medical Board Authority Clearance Papers after ten to fifteen working days of appointment as proof of readiness to start your job in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with HOGDE HOSPITAL and also to enable you receive your first monthly salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services.

POLICY GOVERNING YOUR APPOINTMENT

This agreement is made this day 22TH of JUNE between HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD under the Laws governing Scotland (United Kingdom).

This is a notification that the management of HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD has employed Gnanasekaran Veerappan.

ARTICLE 1: CONSULTING PERSONNEL

Hence, HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD seek to employ your services as an expatriate consultant for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

ARTICLE 2: CONTRACT DURATION

The contract shall last for duration of twenty four consecutive months (two years) and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services to our company.

ARTICLE 3: SALARY INDICATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENY

HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD shall pay expatriate on satisfactory performance of the services stated in Article 1, the sum of GBP 6, 500.00 (Six Thousand Five Hundred British Pounds only) monthly/take-home (After tax), with GBP 400.00 (Four Hundred British Pounds) Weekly for pocket allowance, Sterling, Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.

HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD shall pay for services rendered in Article 1 by cheque presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated above and the weekly pocket allowance in cash to the employee.

HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD shall pay all the fees in Pound sterling or equivalent depending on employees’ home currency.

The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for any expenses incurred as a result of relocation or early leases, procurement of travel documents, immunizations etc. Reimbursements shall be made before employee embark on journey after Five (5) working days in submission of employee’s expense report and receipts to our company’s attorney. Employer shall also take care of employee Flight ticket including that of employee’s family only when the employee procure his/her United kingdom Residence/Work Permits Clearance Papers and United Kingdom Medical Board Authority Clearance Papers with the United Kingdom external foreign affair department in conjunction with the United Kingdom immigration service.

Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

Local transportation: This shall be fully provided for employee and family by employer. Adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be provided for each employee.

* Employee shall be authorized three (3) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees ‘discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer’s management.

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

Unless otherwise stated in a superseding document, the Contract Administrator of HOGDE HOSPITAL HOLDING LTD shall maintain general administration and management of the project and all progress reports.

ARTICLE 5: ASSIGNMENT

Employee shall not assign or transfer any or all of its rights, responsibilities or obligation under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the employer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. However, employer shall be entitled without such consent to assign the transfer of any or all of its rights, responsibilities, obligations and liabilities under this Agreement to any affiliate of employer or its co-venture subject to prior written notification.

ARTICLE 6: FORCE MAJEURE

Not withstanding any thing herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majeure.

The term "Force Majeure" shall include but not limited to Act of God, War, Nation wide strike, Lockout, Riot and Civil commotion. A strike or Lockout embarked upon by only the management personnel shall not be deemed to be included in this term.

If an interruption of work occurs as a result of "Force Majeure" for up to seven (7) days, 70% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.

ARTICLE 7: TERMINATION

If the services stated in Article 1 are not rendered satisfactorily.

If the duration of the Agreement stated in Article 2 expires and no extension has been given.

Under Force Majeure as stated in Article 6

ARTICLE 10: ADDRESSES FOR NOTICE

All notices and other communication required to be given hereunder by one party to the other shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand to the addresses hereunder.
