Eps-1995 /My pension Claim

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my (Employees Pension Scheme, 1995) form to Regional P.F.Commission, Bandra P.F.office, Bandra (east) on 18th January 1999 along with my P.F. 19 D Form.

My P.F.No is&& MH/4424/260

I have recd my P.F. Amount but till date i have not receiving any Pension amt for which i am entitled, I am shifted to Ahmedabad (GUJARAT) so please guide me, where i have to contact for this.
