Un happy with service

I bought a nokia 3310c. I used for few months .after that problem started in my phone. When I reached barrackpur nokia care they repaired during warranty but they did not change the parts. Thats the reason problem arised after few months again. When I reached again to nokia care they asked 1200 rupees to repair for same problem.
