I have ac in adarsh co-opp. bank my a/c no.is 12852.living in sirohi district.my rtgs not cleard in 1.30 pm becouse her staff went for lunch. i complain to head office after 1 month bank said ur rtgs not cleared becouse ur person reached 2.30 pm .after one month if i get wron informtion i m very dissapointed .i went vice president but his missbehavier with me.after missbehavier i applied for rti .subject was what is the ac holeder rights and what is liabilities acording to coustmer .they replid me bank is not liable to above informtion .if i m in sirohi district my bank is not satishfied me .i expect all over rajasthan commited for service .the simple ans wer is no.becouse the ombusman not liable for co. operative bank.
it is non sheduled bank so ur money is not secured.its too worst compare non banking fiance co. (NBFC)
SO I SUGGEST u if ur money in sheduled there is no guarntee.
