My name is Kushal Mehta, i was working for HDFC BANK LTD as a employee of ADFC PVT LTD in credit card call center ahmedabad..my complain is that i gave resignation on 21 oct and my intimation period was for 1 month, i have completed my intimation period except last 2days as i was sick.i have informed to my reporting supervisor for the same. my reporting supervisor was Mr, Ravi A. Purbey, he is worst person in the world. its not my belief only, its experience of all my team members who are still working under him.he reported to ADFC PVT LTD head office abt me that i didint report him and broken intimation period. and so i didnt get salary for 19 days.actually we all are getting 100rs per day shift allowance who has worked in evening shift, and i did evening shift only during my intimation period, now as per policy i m suppose to get salary from 1st nov to 19th nov of rupees 1900 (100*19) excluded that last 2 days on that i was very sick. due to no present of that 2 days, ADFC PVT LTD not giving me my shift allowance of 19 days.its ok that i m not suppose to get that 2days salary, but what abt other 19days? due to that 2 days how could they stop my salary, i am entitle to get this salary. when i asked to concern department for the same they refuse to pay this 19days salary. just bcz of that 2days. so i want to register complain against Mr, Ravi Purbey and ADFC PVT LTD bcz it is been done by Mr, Ravi Purbey Only he reported like this, actually he has used his power in wrong way to stop my salary, he would have to report to central office of ADFC PVT LTD that i am sick and after deducting this 2 days salary, i m entitle to get 1900 (100*19) as a full and final settlement but instead of this he has reported that kushal broken his intimation period and not informed to office, and he did like this as he has some personal issue with me and want to have revenge from me.
