Previousely i was working in Delta Services (India) pvt ltd., When i appear interview at ADFC Pvt. Ltd. 26-April-08, (a subsidary of HDFC Bank Ltd.) Chanidvali, mumbai., I m selected for Lower parel branch of ADFC. After submitted the my document and attand the induction training given by the ADFC at chandivali, Andheri, Mumbai. (29-April-08), ADFC want my resignation letter and and reliving letter from Delta services (india) Pvt ltd., I submitted the My resignation letter and reliving letter dated - 13-April-08, After submitted i m waiting for joining date. HR of the ADFC Call me and said wait for some days we will be give u joining date. After one week i call the HR of ADFC . HR told me u attand another exam or test at worli branch. Next day I gone for exam i surprise it was SQL Programme test. Before interview they didn't clarify they want knowledge of SQL. HR want only EXCEL knowledge. When i call the HR. She told me i have no other opening. I loose the job from previous office and I also cheated by the ADFC PVT LTD.
