Sir,

I have applied for passport on 3 Aug. The police verification by DIB kolkata was completed and forwarded to your office on 17 sep 2009. my wife visited to your office twice in the month of December but no satisfactory reply has been received from your. Almost more than four months have passed the passport has been not being issued and no intimamation has been received from your office. Being an ARMY personnel daughter it is surprising after four months passport has not being issued.
