On 19th January my mother K. SUBHADRA AMMA, KEZHAPPAT HOUSE had surrendered her ORIGINAL FD Receipt bearing No. HTP/TDRC/E No.442799 dated 20.7.2005 worth at maturity INR 16, 187.00 duly discharged at your newly opened Dombvili East branch, Thane, Maharashtra. Being at her old age she does not have capacity to gone alone to Kerala state for claiming her money nor does we have time to accompany her. The said FD being obtained from STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE, NATTUKAL, PALAKKAD DISTRICT.
The money has come to your Dombvili Branch but the staff is insisting for some identity card. My mother does not have any identity card which I said to them. So they have again contacted your Nattukkal Branch demanding the openning form inorder to identify the photograph of my mother.
Inspite of repeated contacts by your Dombivili branch the Nattukkal branch has not sent yet the original FD opening form wherein my mother's photo being affixed. Without which they will not disburse her money. Kindly pursue with the said branch using your official capacity and get it expedited for which i shall be grateful for ever.
