NON RECEIPT OF PENSION IN BAN ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

Ref. PF Account No. DL/CPM/37413 of ASHOK KUMAR MADHRA, B 77, STREET NO.1, MAJLIS PARK, DELHI. BANK ACCOUNT NO. 061800 0302135300 of Punjab National Bank, Azadpur, Delhi 110033. (Bank Phone No.011-27679781 and 2875-0406)

This is to inform you that I have not received my Pension from your Department for more than three instalments i.e. for three months. On checking with the Bank I was told that since it has not been received from the EP office we can not do any thing, you either wait or you can approach PF office.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and release my pension at the earliest if not done so far with a confirmation to me to enable me to take up the matter with my Bank i.e. PNB Azadpur, delhi.
