Credit card not yet recieved

Almost two weeks before I got a call fron HDFC offering credit card. I accepted the offer and submitted relevenat documents with an executive who reached my office the same evening. He assured that I will be receiving a message in 3 working days and receive the card in 10 working days. But till now no one have got back to me neither no update on this. Please somebody revert to me on this ASAP.
