I had applied for just a chnage of my address in PAN card online (ADPPN0945B), I cant understand why does NSDL need to re issue a new PAN card when there is no data that changes in the PAN card, They can juts update their records with the new address and intimate us. To add to the trouble, My change of address process is held up because it says my photo sent is not ok. You already have my scanned photo why do i need to resend it. beside the one i had sent is nice photo, Its really trouble some to see getting messages saying my eyes are not clear in the photo. Are you going to make ahigh resolution poster of mine..
